Hmm... Did somebody link the wrong story?
Seems odd to be running a two-week old article in the current list. Perhaps someone meant to link an article about Minmail-I, which mimicks a PayPal account, and has nothing to do with DoS attacks. More info can be found here: http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/56/33994.html
