"It's a problem that has to be addressed early in life, like in schools. You have to teach people what are saavy pratices while on a computer, while online and so forth. You don't just give someone a license and let them try and go drive? No you road test them, you get them to pratice and so forth, etc... "

Schools that don't teach basic windows, are falling behind, every kid needs to learn at the very least word and hopefully something about securing the OS, but then again if you teach a kid security, it seems they find a way to break it
