Let me guess: another flaw? Well, this one requires you to open and run the virus yourself. Not a flaw in OS. The same thing could be written for any OS (and probally has, though a Linux one would be a waste as no one really runs it on the desktop, and those who do are probally smart enough not to execute it).

Though I'm sure the MS bashers are lining up to start posting it's MS's fualt somehow...
