Networking is not my expertise but I could swear that a hacker wont access the target computer using direct connection. So I really don't see the point in blocking certain areas ip addresses. Doesn't matter how many addresses you block, their is always gonna be an address you have to trust that have less security than you and chances are the trouble is gonna come exactly that way
