Do you have any clue what are you talking about?
Do you realize that someone that has the kind of knowledge to brake into that kind of networks could easily make himself a millionaire if he wanted to???
Think about how hard(easy) it would be for him to brake into any bank and steal let's say 1$ from all of the accounts so they wouldn't notice?
People lives??? Not protecting enough that systems and bragging that they are the most secure in the world shows exactly how much is the us gov concerned about their citizens...
