Poor ralph...
In XP on startup the owner is given admin level control. If you install a exe file it does not ask for a admin password.

Huh, that's funny because it took me 30 seconds to take away admin rights from my account and now, anything I run that tries to some nasty, underhanded admin type stuff will fail with a "Access Denied" error. Guess you really proved how little you know about XP!

In OSX you always have to enter an admin password to install an application, always!

Ahhh, I love reading this claim that because OSX's package manager requires admin rights, it is impossible to bring foreign code into OSX and execute it without entering your admin password! You are one of the millions of Mac zealots who don't understand anything about how computers work and figure that if something isn't installed by your package manager, it couldn't possibly be executed. Nothing could be further from the truth and had you actually followed the link I provided you, you would have saved yourself a bit of embarassment. I would suggest that you learn about how XP and OSX work before you post again.
