Long, hard, stiff is how they should be penalized
It's the only language they understand. Federal and state agencies should have wider, stronger, potent powers to give the sex spammers the quicker, long-lasting correction that they deserve. The problem needs to be beaten, even though it's hard. And when I say now, I mean last weekend. Well, that's my contribution to the mass debate.
