Just Delete it? Post me your email
Before some fool says to just delete the spam, please include your address with that comment. I'll gladly forward you the 200+ messages per day my system gets. Am I supposed to usmail 200 people asking them to stop sending me stuff? the CANSPAM act is a permission to spam, not a restriction of spam.

Penalties for spamming are really not needed. There are already existing crimes for taking over a person's computer, especially by virus, and using it to send out spam. There are laws against fraud. There are laws against selling cable TV descramblers. This law was irrelevent and was put there to stop the state laws from really stopping spam.
