Ridiculous assertion since it's ... well, WRONG.
Exaggerate much?

BTW, this isn't really a bug, so much as a design flaw. That is, FF is performing as intended. The designers just never imagined this particular circumstance.

What you should really be focusing your ire on is the fact that this exposes a traditional defect in OS design and development methodologies. To wit, while the code gets reviewed all the time, the design hardly ever does. Code is mutable, but designs are basically sacred (heaven forfend that one criticize the design decision of a f/oss developer!).
