Big Annoyance
I find the autofill of forms with both browsers to be a slight annoyance. Its nice and convient to click on the box and see the name drop down, but when you tab over to the password field and it doesn't go so you type in your password in the username field it remembers that. So now when you click on the box you have two entries, one with the username and one with a username and password. Give me the option to delete those extra entries!
