The issue is there have been to many that either want nothing to do with Computers or begrudgingly accept the influx of Computers as a necessary evil. This is because the were raised in an age of Stubby Pencil and Paper. Rulers and the age of the Calculater being a Big machine that you punch in a few buttons and pull a handle to get the results. A slide rule was used to do extreme calculations.

This is all a resistance to CHANGE. Fear that someone will loose their Job because a Machine will do it faster and easier and better than I can do it...............

Well folks that is not the case. The job will always be there. Machines outside of Artificial Intelligence do not think beyond what they are asked to do and even in AI that is still the case. Free thought is the arena of Humans that is why Humans will always be necessary to make the process work.

I have the motto. Lead, Follow or GET THE HECK OUT OF THE WAY..... I am coming through and Change is upon us.

There needs to be a MANDATE from the commission that if you are not for automation and the ability to fast and easily interface information from one system to another system in nano seconds that you should find another job. If you do not follow this mandate and it is discovered that you are the ROAD BLOCK to this change the you be handed your HAT to find a job with a Stone and Chisel Somewhere else under a rock and join the rest of the folks being left behind by the information age.

Bottom line is until we get the FBI and other organizations Modernized and connected with each other with a Free Flow of information so that it is easy to find all the information on a given subject in nano seconds we will not have a ice cubes chance in hades of beating Al Queda.

Agents should be able to quickly and easily from the Smart phone quiry their database for information that is up to date to the minute on a particular subject or situation where ever they are on the planet. PERIOD.
