- SME can be very difficult
- Right now I have an IT Staff of 5. Two of which are dedicated to purely programming, two more partially dedicated to programming and helpdesk sys admin duties and then myself who is dedicated to one department for CAD administration, network administration, SQL server administration and report design. Somewhere in the shuffle over overmanagement of smaller tasts and lack of automation 5 just doesn't seem to be enough. We are running a Hybrid network and I think to bash Microsoft is really sort of wrong because currently we aren't doing that great. Microsoft could resolve some of the problems but we refuse to go that route.
