- Need 'Smart Users' to stop Spam.

As long as the existence of users with low intelligence prevail, some of the spam will be successfull, and the spammers earns some money.
It is not intelligent behaveour to run an e-mail program, using a reader pane. This is responsible for at lot of the damage.
