Spam Czar?
I wonder if Maryland's legislators have stopped slapping themselves on the back long enough to think about enforcement of their new law.

Are they now going to name a spam czar and give him a task force to track down spammers. Have they set aside the money needed to hire the expert personnel needed? Are they going to? Of course they aren't.

Spam is a problem for everyone and these lawmakers passed this bill so they could tell the masses, that are stupid enough to believe them, that they have done something about spam.

About the only thing any of our government agencies are good at these days is spying on normal citizens.
