Your right so read my reply to
Mark Gist. The formula used can work with
positive reenforcement and proper training of
personnel. It isn't rocket science and if the
user can grasp a simple concept as provided in
the example to Mark Gist, then maybe they need
to rethink their use of PC's in any place that
required security.

The password example I used in my inital post
was an example of what I use. I do remember
passwords like this, but that is because I have
been using this kind of password construction
from day one of passwords. And yes even that
password has hidden reminders for me.
