Not really, simple training and common sense...

Here is an example of how a password is created
by myself or my family.

Example Password#2: *455Chev-sEaDD967
17 Character password
Break it down -
* - used to confuse John the Cracker and other
tools used to crack passwords.
455 - Size engine my dad had in his old pick-up
Chev - Abreviation of my favorite vehicle (Can
make it Chevy, CheV, etc...)
- - Special character to again fool
dictionaries.
sEa - Abreviation of my home town
DD967 - One of the many ships I served on in the
Navy.

It's nothing more than taking a combination of
things you are familiar with or are important to
you and mixing it up. Throw some special
characters into the mix and viola' instant
password that is difficult to crack and doesn't
really need to be written down.

I use this method, as does my family, and
because we have so many different combinations
to choose from it makes it very difficult to
really figure out our likes and dislikes as well
as what combination we may have used.
