Security has improved vastly.
Microsoft has improved security vastly over the
previous operating systems. I have to say Vista
will be more secure and locked down from attacks
and holes in the code.

The next release will be modular so this will be
even tighter. As we all know, all businesses will
be upgrading to Vista, if not the next release
desktop OS after Vista will be installed. MS
has the desktop market by shear volume and
end user support. Windows XP Pro SP2 was a
step up as far as security, but Vista allowing
a user to be a regular user not administrator
full time.

It will be interesting to see how things turn
out for Vista.
