Creepy indeed
Sorry NZ, but your stock-in-trade response of sarcasm and pseudo-challenges isn't going to help you out here. (Incidentally, ten minutes background research doesn't count as an obsession). Here's where you lose the plot -

"Okay, you've made an unsubstantiated claim that my machine is vulnerable to externally launched exploits built on these 8 vulnerabilities. Prove it. I tire of attacks like yours that say "you are wrong" without ever specifying how I'm wrong. Pick one of the vulnerabilities and, combined with your knowledge of my defenses, tell me how those defenses are inadequate".

The onus is on YOU, not me, to prove that your "hardening" meant that when Microsoft issued these warnings and associated patches, your PC was "already protected", as per your very own, unsolicited post. Pretty simple really. Microsoft anounce patches to fix new vulnerabilities, and in response, you immediately post that you were "already protected" because of your 2 minutes post XP install hardening. Quite why it now falls to me to provide worked examples of why you were not, in fact, protected, I don't know. Are you saying that Microsoft issued these patches with a caveat, i.e. "Install these patches UNLESS you are NonZealot, in which case your 2 minute post XP install hardening means you are already protected"?

I didn't force you to claim that your PC was already protected, cripes, if you're so confident of your hardening, don't install the patches! Although, curiously, all the web sites detailing XP "hardening" procedures start with "Keep your AV up to date and install all the latest software patches". Peraps what they meant was "Keep your AV up to date and install all the latest software patches UNLESS you are NonZealot, who has a 2 minute post XP install hardening process".

Prove it! Prove you've never had a problem. Prove that your PC has, and always has been completely free of malware! Prove that you were already protected from every possible attack utilising any one of these exploits, past, present or *future*. You can't. And trying to deflect attention away from that fact won't make it go away!
