With IE 7, green means go for legit sites
Another example of where Microsoft becomes the early adopter in new technology to help out its customers. Stopping the phishers and scammers is such a big commitment and daunting task that it takes a company like Microsoft to make it happen. I'm all for any technology that prevents the bad guys from doing their dirty deeds. A color bar may be just what people need because it will be easy to identify and right there so you can't miss it.
