Phishers chase the well-heeled

I wonder how many of those "phishers" are actually IRS agents.: You know, Duh'byah gives tax breaks for the rich, then the IRS finds ways to subversively screw them over with scams. War ain't cheap, neither are failed campaigns to keep fellow gops in congress.
