That was really dumb
That statement was not very well thought out. The law does not define morality. Hopefully, the law reflects morality, but this is not always the case. I can provide examples where this was/is not the case, but I will assume you are intelligent enough to think of some for yourself.

Hacking and Virus writing are not things that I support, but to say that a person engaged in an illegal act cannot have a conscience, simply because what they are doing is illegal is poor logic.
