The article is about browser security in general to which you answer;

"The answer is Sooooo simple just use Mozilla Firefox"

If that is the answer to browser security then you imply that it is secure.

You also state;

"Since it's not integrated with the OS, it's more secure right off the bat."

Which prompts the question "How does the fact it is integrated make it less secure?"

You then go on to say;

"Also, it doesn't support VBScript or ActiveX."

To which I point out Java can also be used to exploit the system.

Regardless of what the security problem is, many people on this board jump to the response of use Linux, or use Firefox or use mplayer. Be it that life were so simple. The truth is at best these "solutions" are only partial at best. There is no silver bullit cure all for security!
