You shouldn't....
You shouldn't charge for something that is probably the worst analogy ever and completely specious. The security issues do not rise from it being embedded in the OS. The problems are caused by what it is allowed access to. If a modular browser were given the same access permissions it would be just as dangerous. Go back to school before you give lessons.
