... since you're complaining about this tiny number of bugs, none of which are actually a security risk. Sounds like you have not only an ax to grid but one the size of a dinner plate.
NO software is fully bug-free. And sometimes coders make mistakes or two people will submit code to a project that reacts in an unexpected way.
If you expect software to be free of bugs 99.9999% of the time, there will still be several hundred bugs in a given piece of software, assuming typically-complex big software projects.
Next time, instead of making a braindead flamebait comment like that, use your head.
