Even if Firefox is your default browser, Visual Studio still uses IE, which is integrated into it. It is used for the 'Start page', and the help system. No way around it that I know of. I guess it would be a problem if a user was tricked into visiting a web site through an MSDN forum or something else they were viewing in the VS browser.
