Unlikely at best

I guess it would be a problem if a user was tricked into visiting a web site through an MSDN forum or something else they were viewing in the VS browser.

I also installed a registry hack, just to be on the safe side:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility\{7F5B7F63-F06F-4331-8A26-339E03C0AE3D}]
"Compatibility Flags"=dword:00000400
which kills this dead in its tracks anyway.

Thanks for pointing that out though, it is important to let people know that the IE rendering code is used in places other than IE the browser.
