MS pricing and use
There definately is a problem with MS's thinking on use. I live alone, but I have one main desktop, and a small desktop downstairs. I'd like to get a laptop sometime, but MS says I have to buy windows for each puter, why. I buy a music cd, and I can use it wherever I am. I make copies of music cd's too, to take in my car. If they're damaged or stolen, I still have my original, I don't sell copied music. Music companies want to restrict me too now. But over the years, I've had to reinstall windows several times, all but once due to windows itself the problem, and that was a hard drive failure. Now twice, and I have to buy again. With these policies, I see more piracy, AND a lot more people switching to Linux or Mac's. People are tired of being treated like criminals, and being gouged. Intel saw what competition did with AMD, and cpu's are far cheaper and unbelievably improved. MS better take notice if they want to even survive, there are already reasonable choices.
