With China's piracy rate, wouldn't they be targeted?
And, as has been said, the WGA is pretty worthless if Microsoft has to keep spending money for more and more litigation cases like this...

Still, I can't blame Microsoft - they have a valid point in all this. It's the efficacy (and lack thereof) that's interesting.
