It's no use, LinuxGeek is a lost cause, yyuko: yyuko, I commend you for seeing LinuxGeek for what he is. I don't really like Linux, because I see in it too much adherence to Unix, which I don't like either. But, I wouldn't spend all day foaming at the mouth about it, because the whole issue is simply not that important. I use MS systems, not because I'm biased, or a "shill" or any other insult Linux fans might accuse me of, but because it pays the bills, today.

It's no use trying to reason with LinuxGeek. His posts occur almost mechanically. It's as though every time a ZdNet story about Linux or MS appears, LG is hit with an electric shock and is forced to utter yet more complete nonsense. I have begun to believe that LG is not even serious about what he says, and in fact knows nothing about Linux whatsoever. A convincing case could be made that everything LG writes is a total joke, intentionally written for the sole purpose of irritating people and getting a reaction out of them.

It's no use. Let him be, and ignore him. If you really want to respond, click on the ZdNet link for 'notify of offensive message' and tell ZdNet that LinuxGeek is offensively stupid.
