Keep dancing...
You created a fantasy world where "most" (your words) exploits are pure social engineering with users providing admin passwords to enable malware installation, and then proceeded to show that in such a world, all platforms would vulnerable. As I said, I don't argue with the conclusion. In such a world, all platforms would be vulnerable.

Now you are saying that everything you assume should be considered true, unless proved otherwise. Even you can't really beleive this, do you?

I'll make this easy. Find a current list of top 5 (by infections) worms, and point out just one of the top five which relies on tricking users into providing their admin/root or even user password deliberately giving it permission to install (like you describe in your above quote, and so often in other threads on the same topic).

In other words, show one top 5 worm/malware that works like you describe "most infections" do below:

"I suspect most people get infected by simple old trojan horses. They download (or get emailed) some neat little utility, they want to install it so they do, and then they get infected.I'm curious what built in protection (enabled by default of course) other OSs have to prevent administrators from installing the software they want to install? I'm really looking for an OS that, even after I've entered my root/admin password, won't let me install the programs I want to install if it turns out they are "bad" programs."
