EU antitrust commission has put Microsoft competitors in charge
It appears that the commission isn't going to be the decision maker. They know Microsoft will get off on appeal just like in the US because how are members on the commission qualified in matters as techology.

Instead commissioners are making Microsoft competitors the decision makers. Instead they are judging the credibility of the competitors and weighing that against the credibility of Microsoft top management.

In this game Microsoft shareholders and employees and customers and partners can not win. Microsoft top managment is viewed as the mob and has been so identified by US trial judges. There really is only the question of when Alchine will leave, when Ballmer will leave, when Brad Smith and his clones will leave.

Take the red pill. Drop out of the matrix. It is going to require regime change at Microsoft before progress regarding Vista or anything else Microsoft can be made. Lets encourage this. Microsoft is larger than its founders (now both gone) and its current criminal management.

Is not it a hoot that Microsofts head legal is a Smith. Its like the Matrix film Smiths.

Frank L. Mighetto CCP
more than fashonable to Microsoft bash today. Its patriotic. But lets see the problem as a managment one. If the scum can be kicked out there is cream that may rise to the top.

Rise American Programmer. Rise above the criminally minded legals running Microsoft and I suppose HP - it is all so sad.
