Ya, its a joke. A rather old one...
Mikey is well known around here for dishing out satirical musings about the life of he and his MS rep extolling the virtues of Microsoft products. Every one sits around to watch the ?FISH? Mike reels in to his thread when they take his post seriously. Its amazing at how people will read such an obviously over the top biased commentary and actually take it seriously. What?s really amazing is that Mike always seems to reel in anti-MS FISH, Linux and OSX fans I have to presume. It constantly amazes me how anyone could read Mikey?s stuff and get so incensed and serious about such obvious claptrap nonsense.

I think its about time someone asked themselves the question why do we just never see the supposedly ?stupid? or uneducated Windows users fall into Mikey?s trap and ?sidle? up with him claiming he has it right? Now admittedly, I haven?t caught every one of Mike?s tidbits of humor, but I have likely read about 20 or 30 of them and I just cant recall a Windows user saying something like ?Mike Cox hit the nail on the head! His rep seems to know the real score! Mike is living proof that Windows brings ecstasy to the human life form!? You just never see those dumb Windows users falling into Mikey?s fishtrap. The only ones who get caught regularly are a few of those super clever (but humorless) Linux and OSX users, who seem so worried that someone who lives might actually really like Windows and think its pretty good, react in sheer distain even when such opinions are clearly so ludicrous they have got to be a joke. I guess it just goes to show you; at least Windows users can tell the difference between reasonable zealotry and blatant FUD, some others seem to have a little trouble with that.
