Bill Gates dumbed his role down to like receptionist or cleaner quite a while ago so I dont think make many of these decisions, nor understands what they mean. Also remember all the good billy has done, him and his wife started up some sick kid trust dealy which they've given millions to, and got other big companies paying into as well.

It might just be a taxdodge, but tell that to the sick kids who get the funding.
