I don't get it...
I don't know of any Office vulnerability that involves privilege escalation so that means the trojan would run with the privileges of the user opening the infected Office <ocument. Surely in a large organization, the IT staff would have the wherewithal to secure desktops through Group Policy and force users to run with limited privileges. That would effectively neutralize any malware incapable of privilege escalation. So why would large organizations worry so much?

I still think the people who have the most to worry about are home users running XP who haven't upgraded to SP2, don't know anything about firewalls, don't use a router and can't figure out why their computer is so much slower now.
