Not the only glitch in AntiVirus 2004
This program behaved very badly with not one, but two of my computers. It failed at preventing infection with the Blaster Worm on an XP computer, and then, after I had Microsoft help me remove the worm, the program failed completely, and asked that I re-install it. Re-installation failed, too, and I gave up. Then, I tried AntiVirus 2004 on an older computer running Windows 98. The program detected a worm, and after downloading the removal tool from Symantec and removing the worm, Norton AntiVirus also malfunctioned, and could not be re-installed, plus, I lost my internet connection settings and had to re-install the program for my dial-up connection. Does this program work on any computer successfully? I'd ask for a refund if I knew where to ask.
