Russia has just about less of everything.
How are their nuke's storage holding up?
Russia might be a model but not for doing anything right.

Whose 'they'?
The Canadian government were also involved in this investigation.
The whole transmission industry is self regulated.
No standards for reliability, no need to have blackout plans. Nothing.
Just do what you gotta do to make a buck.

The blackouts were very preventable. That's the sad part.
Will anything be done?
Probably only when the lawyers file some lawsuits.
