Most users would not bother with the education!
Sad as it is, most IT users don't want to take the responsibility for their IT and do even the slightest education to understand what they have. I think it's time to require training and a required basic amount of knowledge before a person is allowed access to the Internet. I'm tired of screwballs jacking everything up because they are too lazy and don't care if they screw it up for others. We don't let people drive, or operate heavy machines, etc. without being certified. And that is for the sake of safety. So lets take it to the Internet as well.
