That's a start, but...
Certainly we know MS caters to the novice user, and thus will make things as easy as possible for them. Creating a centralized place for configuring security settings is a good idea. But it really doesn't matter how easy you make a program, there will still be a significant amount of users who will be scared to death of it until someone demonstrates how to use it. that's why I think a good, robust multimedia demonstration would be a food idea. Make it so that someone can hold their hand while they try to use it, even if that person it just a media demonstration.
