A lot of ISP's are blocking Port 135
Mine at home and at work started blocking it soon after the worm hit. Those ISP's who aren't blocking it should do so.

I also block it on my router at home and, according to our net admin, we have it blocked internally at work as well just in case someone brings in an infected laptop.
