It's all the work of a bad design
The problem Microsoft have with Windows security is related to the security model it's fundamentally flawed. This flaw is so bad it's become a design flaw and design flaws can't be fixed with patches or updates they just treat the symptoms but not the problem. I don't know why Microsoft persist on patching their security flaws they are either ignorant or stubborn to what really needs to be done to solve this problem. Microsoft needs to supsend development of Windows and redesign the security model and implement it into the design of Windows then re-release Windows with the new security model. This is the only way they are going to fix this problem I guess Microsoft fear that to do that will cost them a lot more money than they just throw away here and there band-aid fixing their security flaws. Eventually they will have no choice but to do this spending twice as much money and time as it would cost them to do it now. Until then Microsoft won't stop viruses, worms and attackers and they won't make it any harder for them either they will just let them have a field day exploiting Microsoft's vulnerabilities at everyone's expense.
