What everyone seems to forget is the following ... quite a few out there don't even know what Linux or OSS is so until the masses are re-educated there isn't much in the way of options for getting a system without an OS unless you build it yourself and the ordinary man in the street just isn't going to bother with that.
In the meantime we on the forums give our opinions and what should be done and why. Lets leave it to the real experts and see what they come up with ... you never know, it just might be ok.
