priorities?
They never will do much more. Their priorities are so far out of whack that they never fix what is actually important, just what is popular.

You have to remember that most mainstream users of MS products don't get new bulletins like this, and quite frankly don't want to. They are comfortable with things as they are(god help them all) and turn a blind eye to the larger problems that they don't truly understand.

I still run into people who have trouble turning their computer on, so again we have to realize that there is this whole other segment of society that we have to contend with when saying how crappy MS is. It's kind of frightening to know that there's still people out there who don't even know who Bill Gates is.
