Who says the marketshare isn't already 10%?
I'd believe that Windows 98, Me, and NT4 each have < 10% of the market (I don't know about collectively). Of course you could probably find statistics out there to support it either way.

Seriously, 98 is 8 years old. I don't remember such an outcry about non-supported Win95 in 2003.
