all you need is a file or page on web site
send the file as a link or a 302 call on the page
then check the web log on the web site

this is way to easy to do to outlaw

it's also way to easy to thwart
download file then send it or
bind the page to the email then send it
that will brake it away from the web server

the only way for this to work is for the reporter to stupid about how they send out email
