As a decalred monopoly, Microsoft Windows has to really be careful about what they include with the OS. Remember the basic rule of law for a declared monopolist. You may not leverage your existing monopoly to enter new markets. I don't see how that is going to complicate matters for anyone who doesn't have a decalred monopoly.

I am freee to bundle or include whatever functions I like with MY product. Microsoft, on the other hand, does not enjoy this luxury any more. (Steve B.'s Ham sandwich comment is haunting him now).
