Yeah just as they've accepted the EC ruling, or provided the
information DoJ requested in their settlement over 5 years ago.

Those of us that have followed these cases over the past decade
are not surprised by MS's behaviour - it was expected. Surely
even the DoJ must review their settlement - a blight on the US
legal process that it could be so cheaply bought.
