WU says High Priority, the bulletin says Critical
Security bulletins use a four-tier severity rating: Critical, Important, Moderate, and Low.

Stuff on Windows Update is either High Priority or Optional.

Security updates always map to the High Priority category in WU, as do things like crash fixes.
