Actually....
Dell still makes pretty good computers. It just its been in the last few years since they started outsourcing that it's started to suck. Tech and Customer Service Reps in India, Phillipines and Brazil who cant speak understandable english or give responsible service to dell customers. Many of those Reps give the customer the wrong information on orders and tech problems. This is the result of laying off Americans and giving thier jobs to non english speaking people in a foreign country to give service to a primarily english speaking customer base and all in the name of saving an almighty dollar

I use a Dell too and I do agree with you. I have had my share customer service nightmares with DELL and recently too. As a result Dell has lost any future business with me.
