Why shouldn't they keep posting?
If you'd been screwed out of $1,000 for a computer that doesn't work by a company who refuses to fix the problem, wouldn't you keep harassing them? Don't they deserve to be harassed?

Forums exist to provide feedback. Not all feedback is positive. People have the right to air their grievances publicly. The thing you have to remember is that if those grievances turn out to be false or FUD, the very nature of the public forum will mean that they will be called out on it by other posters.
