I totally agree. This is what happens when a company trys to do too many things at once(not listening to your customers also doesnt help).
I have done tech support for Gateway in the past, and I can tell you honestly, they have no clue as to what they are doing.Lucky for me,however that they and other PC makers have put quality aside, as that only creates more business for me(system building /repair)
